The Developmental Biology Workshop executive (Patrick Tam, Peter Koopman, Richard Harvey, Robert Saint, Peter Currie) are interested in holding the next Developmental Biology Workshop in WA in 2010 (second semester some time). They need to know whether it will be supported by members and team leaders here in WA. So the question is: Would you come along or send your postdocs and PhD students to the next meeting if it were here in WA?
As an organiser of the last meeting WA meeting 2004, and as a past attendee at a workshop I can vouch for their excellence. The meeting provides an outstanding opportunity to network with the top local, national and international scientists in a small, focused meeting.
The fees would include accommodation and meals for three to four days.
